Our programs are designed to cater to the needs of busy families, ensuring that children receive quality care and enriching experiences throughout the year. Please note the following:

- Schedule is based on Franklin Park School District 84 calendar
- Days must be consistent for the monthly registration
- Minimum two days per week
- Transportation provided for D84 students only
Parent/Guardian Action Required
Please complete the Food Allergy & Anaphylaxis Emergency Care Plan form and Permission to Dispense Medication Form. Then log in to your ePACT account and submit the completed forms.
These forms help ensure we are prepared to safely support your child in the event of an allergy or medical emergency. All required forms must be completed before your child participates in the program.
