Whether you’re planning a small team meeting, a training session, a seminar, or a workshop, our meeting room provides the ideal setting to ensure your event is a success. Please note that food is not allowed in the Meeting Room.
Resident | $33 per hour |
Non-Resident | $40 per hour |
Stop by the Community Center during office hours to reserve a room:
- Residents must show ID
- Signed contract required
- Refunds will only be given if the event is cancelled two weeks prior
- There is a $10 cancellation fee
- Certificate of insurance required for outside food vendors
- Half of the total is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due two weeks before the event. A $100 deposit is required for room rentals. You will be refunded the deposit after the event if the room is left in good condition.
